Cosmerge — Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Cosmerge mobile game ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The Service
Cosmerge is a free arcade puzzle game supported by advertising. Online features (accounts, leaderboards, friends, duels) require an internet connection; core gameplay works offline.
2. Accounts
- You may play as a guest or create an account with an email address.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account.
- Nicknames must not impersonate others or contain offensive, illegal, or misleading content. Nickname changes are limited (currently once every 30 days).
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account.
3. Fair Play
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, tamper with network traffic, or otherwise gain unfair advantage in leaderboards or duels. We may remove scores, restrict features, or terminate accounts that violate fair play or these Terms.
4. Advertising
The App shows ads provided by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads that grant in-game benefits. Ad personalization is subject to your consent where required by law — see the Privacy Policy.
5. Virtual Items
In-game currency and cosmetic items ("stardust", skins, themes) have no real-world value, are not redeemable for money, and may be modified as part of game balancing.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its artwork, code, names, and audio, is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for private entertainment.
7. Availability & Changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features (including online services) at any time. We aim to give notice of material changes where practical, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
